The Wedgwood Spitfire Loving Mug in Blue and White Jasper was created to commemorate the aircraft’s designer, Reginald J. Mitchell. This rare, three-handled mug was made in 1969 in a limited edition of 200 and is in mint condition. In original box with a certificate of authenticity and paperwork.

A great find for anyone who collects Wedgwood or who is an aviation enthusiast. The most famous British fighter aircraft in history, in the summer of 1940, the Spitfire helped defeat German air attacks in the Battle of Britain. It was the highest-performing Allied aircraft in 1940.
