Signed Exbor Czechoslovakia (Egermann Exbor Česká) art glass fish, designed in 1958 by Stanislav Honzik Sr. and Josef Rozinek.

The Legend of Bohemian Glass: A Thousand Years of Glassmaking in the Heart of Europe (Antonín Langhamer) describes this type of work as follows: “An indispensable part of Exbor’s production plan consisted of glass sculptures that were performed at the furnace and later received cut decoration . Those designs most in demand — the fish — dated all the way back to preparations for the exhibition in Brussels and were designed by Stanislav Honzik Sr. and Josef Rozinek.”

Mint condition, acid signed. Approximately 10″ long, 6.5″ high, and 3-1/4″ across.
