Description
Outstanding stoneware jardiniere in glazed finish with sgraffito work by Hannah Barlow with a band of farmers on wagons and horses collecting hay. Further decoration of stylized scroll and beaded patterns along the border by Arthur Beere. The artists’ initials are incised on the underside. Circa 1884.
Dimensions are 8.59 inches wide by 7.5 inches high.
